With its yard, light industrial and office space already in place, it is a perfect base for a number of ancillary and additional commercial activities, particularly where haulage is an integral part.
With its outstanding access and full 24 hour CCTV security, our yard and light industrial space make it ideal for your parking, storage and depot requirements. The flexibility of the facilities and space can be organised to facilitate your specific activity. You can operate your own haulage from the site and additionally we can supply 6 and 8 wheeler tippers for a wide range of haulage needs.
With office space available as an operations centre your complete commercial infrastructure can be supported and organised from the site.

Tipping and remediation haulage

As well as owning and running the biggest privately owned waste recycling facility in Europe, in order to meet all our clients’ tipping and remediation needs we provide a fully flexible and versatile haulage network - meaning that you are open to the following options:
- Material can be treated on site
- Material can be treated off site in our waste management facility and then returned to site in its decontaminated form
- Material can be removed from site, treated and disposed of at our licensed disposal facility
- Material can be treated on site, made safe and removed for disposal at a licensed disposal facility
- For all these options, haulage (and site excavation) can be supplied.
